Posted On: 03/04/2020 Family dentistry is a great place! The staff is so friendly you could ask for a more welcoming staff. So far I've done procedures with Dr. Sasson, Dr. Sandy and Dr Epstein and they're all amazing! Like so many people I am petrified of the dentist and I have to mentally prepare myself before going. They all made me feel so relaxed! The office itself is also immaculate, it features screens and massaging chairs that all collide to make a wonderful experience. Something which I never would have thought I would had said when referring to a dental office. I highly highly highly recommend these guys and would give 10 stars if I could! Mona L

Posted On: 02/17/2020 More concerned about helping you finance a $5k procedure than actually helping you with your concern. Forcefully trying to get you to fill out paperwork so they can set you up with a payment plan. But this is not the only alarming part, they made recommendations that my previous dentist never mentioned. (I wish I didn’t move so far away from my actual dentist, hence why I came here to this place.) The person who seen me made outrageous suggestions for braces, which Ive already had braces and my teeth are just fine. But her main goal obviously was to sell me on a high ticket procedure. It doesn’t make any sense, and they are completely out to just get you money on a payment plan! You’re better off visiting a different dentist who might actually care about your oral hygiene and is willing to help.

Asking for a simple cleaning was a process! Like I said they pushed everything else in my face to have me sign off on financing a high price procedure that for some reason my insurance doesnt cover.

I wish I looked at yelp before wasting my time here! Oh and btw, they charge you a cancellation fee if you dont show up for an appointment. Now how money hungry is that!? I think very greedy, or just not enough clients who can trust them so pinch a penny everywhere you can. Sad.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO! Save yourself the trouble and wrong diagnosis to emotionally trick you into buying in. Otil M

Posted On: 12/03/2019 I made an appointment and was called by the office to confirm the appointment the day of. I left work early to ensure I’ll make it here on time. I arrived early and still waited over an hour to be seen with people arriving after me being seen first. I’m not opposed to waiting within reason but to disregard my appointment time is unacceptable. I was continuously told that I’ll be next yet people we’re still called in before me. Signed disappointed and still waiting. Shaudel J

Posted On: 10/28/2019 I had an appointment a couple weeks ago. I went in fo a routine check up and a cleaning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The office is nice, clean, well lit. I had to wait about 30 min past my appointment however it wasnt that bad, I was prepared to wait. The reason for the 3 stars is because it was the fastest cleaning I've ever received in my life. It was so quick, I didnt even know it was over. I had a cold, distant dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She did a quick pass, seemed less than 10 minutes. When she was done, she told me to rinse my mouth and got up and walked out. She shared no words with me, explained nothing. My former dentist (which I choose not to go to because this office is 5 minutes from my home) was amazing when it came to having my teeth cleaned. They were very thorough and I always left feeling like they did their best work. I left this place feeling like I needed to go home and brush my teeth properly. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming but I do not plan to return to this dentist office. Mara I

All my concerns were taken cared of. The environment is very welcoming and the ladies at the reception desk, so amazing. Doll, Annie, Sonia all pleasant people. This is the place to go for sure.
