Posted On: 01/11/2023 I was referred from another office to this location and so happy and very satisfied with the treatment received from all personal but especially Dr. Sasson , Dr. K not to forget the technician very courteous , professionalism, and friendly. The building is very clean, no extended wait time, I can say one of the best dental care experience in my lifetime. I cant say enough good things about them. Jannette R

Posted On: 11/17/2022 I came in for one thing and she telling me about implants which I never asked for and telling lies about my gums which I have never been told she a crook and I am aware the dentist he knows telling me it cost 45 thousand dollars and I was supposed to come back for reline they never called the receptionist are horrible gave my insurance the wrong code I never ever been to such a un organization iced place in my life but you call me telling me to come in for check up! They are all outstanding Medical Staff Members. I was greeted by Doll who patiently discussed my dental saga with me and gave me some good advices, which I heeded. I’m grateful to her.
As for Dr Bill and Dr Sasson, they I put 5 stars on their healing hands. They attentively listened to me , answered my questions, and asked me questions in return. They scientifically solved my dental problem. The front desk is the key to that clinic success. Their way of talking to us, even on the phone is proverbial. They are always willing to assist.
Kudos to them ! I will tell my family members, my cousins, friends and my church brothers and sisters. They will visit this clinic as well. Panel D

Posted On: 04/14/2022 Doll is the most AMAZING person/dentist IVE WORKED WITH ! Her energy is spectacular and she made me feel so comfortable throughout my process! Nothing but smiles and laughter! She was so thorough with explaining what is needed for my teeth! She assisted with a financial plan and I even got a discount!
The staff there are super friendly! The area is clean. I recommend anyone to this dentistry!

Posted On: 04/09/2022 WORST. WORST. WORST. Incompetence at it's best. They treat their patients with blatant disregard. I paid for Invisilign and each time I go, it is one excuse after another.
The staff has a nonchalant and dismissive attitude towards the patients. I would never recommend this place, but I am stuck because I have already paid for the service and it cannot be refunded.
New patients, please be wary of this dental office. Colleen M

Posted On: 03/26/2022 Save yourself the headache and Do Not go to this office. Everyone from desk worker to office manager is incompetent and disrespectful. I was charged $5450 for a service that was not rendered. I was being very patient while they gave me the run around including giving me a tracking number that is invalid for an Invisalign tray. They gave us a referral to an orthodontist who doesn’t work with children. My son is 14yrs old and did not loose his baby premolars. The orthodontist had the teeth extracted and charged $5450 plus billed my insurance for an Invisalign tray that was not installed even after we showed up for two appointments that weren’t honored. After I insisted a manager with an attitude showed up in dark glasses. I checked her attitude and demanded answers. The issue is still unresolved.
Again save yourself the headache and do not go to this dentist. Joshua S

I got mad 😠 so inconsiderate all they want is money upfront to do work that’s only takes an hour ..I walked out … I found another dentist charged me only 1800.. so I paid 3000 for nothing .. When schedule is on the phone or in person. The staff members is calling or texting confirm a appointment for you. Makes sure to bring a Insurance card and personal I'd. Right now is temperature check first and then hand sanitizer inside of the area mask always been on all time. If you need a noice for a job or school there will gave you one. Make sure been on time. Posted On: 02/17/2022 I went to this office on Ave L 3 times for an appointment and nothing was done for my tooth pain and broken tooth. The sharp edges of the broken tooth was cutting into my cheek and my tongue and the dentist (Weiss) who checked my mouth left the room without an immediate solution. He told me they had to submit paperwork to my insurance with an approval before any work can be done. I had 2 more appointments after that initial appointment and all they were interested in doing was a cleaning which is covered by my insurance but cost me an additional $100 out of pocket for “extra fluoride treatment” that didn’t seem to do anything for me because I still have the same issues I originally went there for. It has been 5 months now and I still haven’t heard anything from that dental office about my insurance decision to proceed with dental work. I also haven’t received any documentation from my insurance about any pending approvals. I would after 5 months I would hear something from them about my claim. WORST PLACE. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: MY INSURANCE SENT YOUR OFFICE AN APPROVAL DECEMBER 2021. YOUR OFFICE NEVER CONTACTED ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO COMMENCE THE PROCEDURES. JUST ACCEPT YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND STOP TRYING TO SHIFT THE BLAME. M F

Posted On: 02/09/2022 This is the WORST chain of dentistries I have ever been to . I have been a client here for over a 4 years and every time my appointments have been pushed back, cancelled and relocated at the last minute. The most recent time I learned that my cavities were NOT even filled when I was told that they were. The dentist was extremely rough and did not stop when I complained. I would not recommend this dentistry as they are only worried about getting as much patients as possible with no regard to the patient's actual needs. Zariya J

Posted On: 02/03/2022 When I came into family dentist My mouth was a mess, meeting Dr. Sasson , and his staff made me feel like family, and are very professional in what they do.
I left the office today, and I would recommend anyone to this office I feel like a millionaire.
Thank you Dr. Sasson I love you for how you brought me back to life also your staff, and I would also like to say the price was very affordable!
