Posted On: 10/10/2020 I would have to say one star is to much for how poor I was treat at this place. Started off great and then took a very ugly turn . Back in July 2020 When I had a discussion about Invisalign , my credit was ran and charge before I can even decide they were fast talking and pushing .. I told them I was not interested.. then to find out the charge me for it with anyway with out my authorization, no molding no signature.. then when I brought it to there attention that’s when the night mere began. No straight answer on what happen and how they were going to fix the problem. I took it as a mistake , until they told me I was no longer welcome to there office .. they are not nice people they tell u things u don’t need to charge u or your insurance please get a second opinion before spending any money with them .. them seem really nice in the beginning but it to get ur trust. They are crooks please watch out they play on the weak . And if I wasn’t one to watch my credit I would have found out to late and would have been stuck with a 5000 bill Kristina B

Posted On: 09/29/2020 THE WORST DENTISTRY I HAVE EVER WENT TOO, AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SCHEDULING YOU MULTIPLE TIMES FOR DENTIST WORK THAT TAKES FOREVER TO GET COMPLETED AND YOUR INSURANCE/ MONEY !

THEY’RE ALWAYS BOOKED AND BUSY AND OVERLOOKED ME SEVERAL TIMES WHEN I CAME IN WITH PAIN REGARDING A JOB THAT SHOULD’VE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF 7 MONTHS AGO!

IF I COULD GIVE -10 STARS I WOULD!

update: it is now November 22’ and I have sent a request to get my paperwork sent over to my new dentistry and for months now I have been calling and it’s been “requested” the “owner” can respond to me because of a bad review, but not bother to help resolve my issue Val M

Posted On: 09/24/2020 I went to this location for a removal of my wisdom tooth. I took my X-ray and proceeded to wait for the Doctor. Instead I’m greeted by the dental hygienist. She takes one look at my X-ray and tells me I have a infection in my mouth and that I need a bone graft after removing my wisdom teeth. She continues to tell me that my a bone graft would cost me about $2000. After her telling me all of this I asked her to go get the doctor because I don’t think I should be discussing surgery with a hygienist. 10min go by and she returns. She tells me the doctor sent her to relay the message. At this point I’m just confused and disgusted with the unprofessionalism. So I just got up and left. All of this happen two days ago. I took a copy of my X-ray to my primary dentist and he claimed that he saw no sign of infection and no need for a bone graft. BECARFUL WHEN YOU GO TO THE DOCTOR ESPECIALLY NOW WITH BUSINESSES FAILING FROM COVID-19. They will try to trump up charges on you just like this place tried to do to me. Chad L

Posted On: 09/24/2020 I just visited them few days ago. They are very friendly. The price is very reasonable as well. Because of the Covid, I was afraid to go to the dental office. But they did enough preparation to dealing with this issue, which makes you feel safe and clean. Jing helped me on that day. She is soo sweet and service is very professional. Recommended and definitely will look for her next visit. :) Jiaxin T
